When stepping in the front door you enter the living room, next is the island that also serves as a dining table which leads you into the stocked kitchen with your basic cooking needs and also a small table with 2 chairs by the window. The bathroom has a shower with sliding glass doors, towels and washcloths provided. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bench and closet with hangers. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed (full size memory foam mattress on the bottom and single on the top), dresser and a small closet with hangers. The washer and dryer is just outside the back door in a laundry room with its own entrance. Then for the back yard there is the Hot Tub, a grill, dining table and some lounge chairs

Hello! We can't wait to host you during your stay! However we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our home and our lovely neighbors who we work diligently not to disturb. 1. All local residents must communicate with the host BEFORE booking. 2. The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. 3. No parties, no boisterous behavior. 4. Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $200 penalty fee. 5. Unless previously agreed upon with the host, there is a $50 late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100/hr for each hour thereafter. 6. Pets are allowed but must be included in reservation/previously communicated about. $200 penalty if not previously communicated. 7. Soak in the hottub at your own risk! Owners and property managers will not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur in the home or on the property including the hot tub and surrounding area. 8. Do not flush any products other than toilet paper, not even “flushable” items. 9. If by your fault of breaking any house rules, a scheduling conflict is caused with another guest, you may be charged the amount owing a discount or refund of said guest. 10. Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching our security team for immediate eviction with no refund. This will result in a $500 penalty additional to any applicable fees. 11. Items left at the home will require a $25 fee to ship in addition to the cost of shipment. 12. Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agree to the house rules.

Please note that this is an older house that exhibits signs of wear and tear. While some might find its character charming, it might not appeal to everyone. Please consider this aspect when making your decision😊
