Hello! We can't wait to host you during your stay! However we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our home and our lovely neighbors who we work diligently not to disturb. 1. All local residents must communicate with the host BEFORE booking. 2. The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. 3. No parties, no boisterous behavior. 4. Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $200 penalty fee. 5. Unless previously agreed upon with the host, there is a $50 late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100/hr for each hour thereafter. 6. Pets are allowed but must be included in reservation/previously communicated about. $200 penalty if not previously communicated. Please keep pets off of furniture and in a kennel if left alone on the property. 7. Owners and property managers will not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur in the home or on the property. 8. Do not flush any products other than toilet paper, not even “flushable” items. 9. If by your fault of breaking any house rules, a scheduling conflict is caused with another guest, you may be charged the amount owing a discount or refund of said guest. 10. Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching our security team for immediate eviction with no refund. This will result in a $500 penalty additional to any applicable fees. 11. Items left at the home will require a $25 fee to ship in addition to the cost of shipment. 12. Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agree to the house rules.
